Since I last saw them, their second son was born so it was fun to document their family of four for the first time!

Stairway Series | My girls

My girls get silly and hyper in the evenings - usually right before bedtime.

The other night, I found them sitting on the stairs in full silly-mode.

The light coming in behind them was amazing and I couldn't help but grab my camera.

These images are so authentically them. Right now. Summer of 2016. Ages 7 and almost 5.

I know I will cherish them forever.

I had a blast photographing this adorable little guy in honor of his one year old birthday. It was nice to get a few shots of him with his big brother and mama, too. One year olds are so fun to photograph - they are typically so happy and full of smiles. And we lucked out with a gorgeous evening ... so nice to have this fabulous light back!
